Description
High-end lightweight enduro wheelsets with new Dartmoor Raven carbon rims. Our new carbon rims were successfully tested by our team riders on the most demanding tracks including EWS courses. Raven rims are designed to give you enough balance of stiffness and comfort with high impact resistance. They are wide enough to safely use up to 2.6" large-volume tires in a tubeless system. Wheels are equipped with our new Reel Expert hubs dedicated to straight-pull spokes. The rear hub uses also a new 108 engagement points freehub system with a bigger pawls/ratchet ring design and one more bearing added in the freehub body for the increased strength necessary when used in the modern 12-speed drivetrains with wide-range cassettes. Twenty-eight Pillar straight-pull triple butted 2.2/1.7/2.0 spokes are used in Raven wheels for a perfect balance between strength and weight necessary for enduro and trail applications.
Rear wheels equipped with SRAM XD freehubs. Available as spare parts are also regular Shimano-type and Shimano Microspline-type freehubs. For bigger comfort and an extended lifetime, we strongly recommend using tire inserts with our Raven wheels.
